APPLICATION FORM 2008-2009

Dear Applicants,

Before completing the on-line application form, we recommend you to acquaint with the project objectives, the selection criteria and procedure. You'll find all information notably the mobility offers available for this first call on the project web site (http://www.imageen.org).

We would like to remind you the following points:

- Period of implementation : September2008-March 2009.
- Please fill in the application avoiding acronyms.
- When completed, submit your application form to the IMAGEEN Management board of your university. You will then receive by e-mail an acknowledgement of receipt . Print this form, attach photography, and sign it.
- You will be invited for an interview by the IMAGEEN coordinator of your home institution. With this aim, you will have to provide the following documents:

Students:

1).    Application form, with photography, duly signed
2).    Detailed CV (Europass format)

3).    Motivation (1 page - minimum font size 10 point)
4).    References and welcome letter from the chosen host university (letter delivered by the department or host academic staff)
5).    Photocopies of your diplomas/certifications (notably in foreign languages)
